Refunds & Returns

Deadstock is unable to offer returns or exchanges for any sales (except for issues listed in section 1A). Once an item has been authenticated, delivered, and the 3-day return window has expired, the sale is considered final.

1A. If there is a problem with an item received, buyers must contact Deadstock at Help within 3 days of receiving the item providing a detailed description of the problem in writing and photos of the issue including any damage caused while in transit. All returned items must be in the condition they were in when sent by us (except for damage during transit) in order to be considered eligible for a refund or exchange, including but not limited to: no additional damage, no creases, or signs of wear, no sole wear or debris on sneakers, Deadstock NFC tag, and all original verification tags still attached and packaging included. Items must include the return label and packing slip provided by Deadstock or they will not be processed for a refund or exchange. Items must be shipped within 3 days of receiving your return label. We will evaluate each return request individually and we reserve the right to make the final decision on any/all requests using our sole discretion. Please note the evaluation process may take up to 7 days from when we receive the return request.

Once a return is approved and processed, we will refund the amount paid for the item(s) not including shipping costs nor any priority processing fee paid. The refund will be issued in USD to the original card used for the purchase. We will only honor a money-back guarantee for items that arrive and do not match the item’s description when purchased. Such items must be returned in the same condition as it was when sent by us in order to qualify for the money-back guarantee. 

If your return request is not approved for any reason, you will be notified of our decision via email. 

  • If the item(s) is sneakers, apparel, or accessories, you can opt to have them sent back to you at your expense. If you opt to have the item(s) sent back to you, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs including processing fees and, upon receiving payment, we will send the item(s) to you. 
  • If the item(s) is sneakers, you may also have the option to consign the item(s) with us on your behalf. Please note that eligibility of the sneakers for consignment will be determined at our sole discretion. If you opt to consign the item(s) with us, we will activate the listing at the same price you paid for the sneakers. You may change the listing price at any time within the Deadstock Site or App. If the sneakers are sold, you will be paid pursuant to our Fee Policy, which is detailed in our FAQs. If the sneakers are not sold, you can opt to have them sent back to you at your expense. If you opt to have the item(s) sent back to you, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs including processing fees and, upon receiving payment, we will send the item(s) to you.

For sneaker item(s), please note that you must respond to the notice that your refund request was not approved, as well as pay the shipping invoice within 14 days from receipt of notice that your return request was not approved, otherwise we will consign the sneaker item(s) on your behalf and activate the listing(s) at the same price you paid for the item(s). If the item(s) are sold, you will be paid out in accordance with our Fee Policy. You may change the listing price at any time using the Deadstock app.

For return requests that are not approved due to the item(s) not passing our authentication process and/or not matching the item as described, you can opt to have them sent back to you at your expense. If you opt to have the item(s) sent back to you, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs and, upon receiving payment, we will send the item(s) to you. Please note that you must respond to the notice that your refund request was not approved, as well as pay the shipping invoice, within 14 days from receipt of notice that your return request was not approved, otherwise we will dispose of the item(s) in our sole and reasonable discretion. If you are a resident of any of our Available Countries outside of the U.S. and you would like to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information. Please note, the withdrawal period begins the day after you received the item and expires after 7 days.
